Hail Hydra

This is essentially a hydra tribal deck with some control and combo elements to it. If you are a Timmy that loves using big creatures to smash face, this deck is perfect. There are several ways to get Progenitus out early to start working on my opponents' life totals and wreak havoc including Fist of Suns and several mana ramps. With the balance of protection and removals, my creatures will usually be more resilient to removals.

Winning The Hydra Way

The following are ways the deck can win:

• Progenitus + Finest Hour = Kill a player with commander damage
• Grim Monolith + Mana Reflection = to infinitely pump/cast hydras to win
• Mayael's Aria + Kessig Wolf Run + creature = Win the game by pumping a creature to 20 power before upkeep
• Beatface with a massive hydra (hitting with a 50/50 hydra is so satisfying)
