The way Cephalid Breakfast decks work is you mill yourself out with Nomads en-Kor and Cephalid Illusionist and then use Dread Return saccing your Narcomoebas. Deck hasn't seen much play in years but it was popular at one point and i want to see what it would look like with new cards.

As far as I can tell it's a worse tinfins deck. The tinniest of fins
