This is just a sliver deck designed to dominate in just about any situation. I am looking for some help in the play-ability department, because the deck requires a lot of luck to function. I think I need some low drop artifacts or enchantments. I also want it cut down to 60 cards and down to less than 100$. I would love you to give me some suggestions.
