Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow is the commander of this U/B budget ninja EDH deck. This deck was based around The Commander's Quarters' Budget Ninja Commander Deck ( See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k_KEZAJdajQ) This ninja tribal deck is all about manipulating the top card of your deck (see Yuriko's ability) and ninjutsu-ing your opponents in the face. Being a budget deck, it's not quite good enough for competitive Magic but it's a little more than just casual. This is my first EDH deck, so feedback is welcome. Thanks!
