Okay, so I exaggerated a little bit, but regardless, I'm boutta make it rain...with money.
Notable choices:
Mind Funeral: For a 3-mana drop, this is easily the best way to mill off your opponent's deck in any U/B deck
Glimpse the Unthinkable + Jace's Phantasm : A 5/5 with flying that you can get on turn 2. What more can I say?
Snapcaster Mage: To reuse all dem mill cards. Duh.
Hedron Crab + Polluted Delta : Deck thins and mills for days.
Jace, Memory Adept : Perfect lategame material. Same with Archive Trap
