Isperia can be really powerful if you manage to get her effect off 2-3 times, usually the primary target is Medomai the Ageless allowing you to take an extra turn every turn but there is a ton of options for whatever the board state looks like.

The deck mostly relies on stax like effects to lock the board down and win with a slow beat down strategy. The main hoser in the deck is Zur's Weirding and creates a state where nobody can draw a card but you can search every turn :p
