Isperia the Inscrutable is such a unique commander! Setup an engine to look at hands using Glasses of Urza, Telepathy or Wandering Eye and then search for any flier you need. Suit him up with Double Strike to get double triggers. Keep your team alive using the Protection category and eventually fetch a Win the Game card (Medomai the Ageless mainly) when you're safe to swing. There are also plenty of good counterspell creatures you can fetch to add an extra layer of protection.

As a side note, giving Isperia Double Strike Guarantees you can get at least 1 search because the first trigger from first strike damage will reveal your opponent's hand so you'll have full info for the normal damage trigger. The only exception is if your opponent's has all instant speed spells and decides to cast all of them in between the triggers.
