I used to run Isperia. Mine was more of a control version, but I recommend good old Consecrated Sphinx, maybe Angelic Arbiter, and Quicksilver Amulet. It's always fun to tutor for a flier and cheat it into play. Oh, and Avacyn, Angel of Hope, because she's awesome.

I don't run Consecrated Sphinx and Avacyn, Angel of Hope because of their price, but I've recently been looking to trade for them. Angelic Arbiter is a card that comes with a big target on it's head. I use to run it but I got tired of paying 7 mana to trade for a removal spell without getting any value. Quicksilver Amulet seems super good though, and not too expensive, any idea what I'd cut for it?

+1 from a fellow Isperia Fan. Looks fun, and I like your Pilgrim's eye/Anvil combo. I really don't have any suggestions save for the upcoming Dream Eater. Here is my build if you'd like to compare.

Isperia's Flying Circus of Tools

Dream Eater is something I've been keeping an eye on. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be getting a lot of fliers this time around. With Isperia dead my guess is the Azorius fall to Bolas and get a planeswalker.
