Disclaimer: This deck is not intended for cEDH. I intentionally excluded certain very powerful cards with the mindset that they were too strong for my meta.

This deck revolves around the combo between Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal . Given the presence of mana rocks (or dorks) that produce 2 colorless mana and 1 mana of either blue or black, this combo gives infinite mana which you can immediately use with your commander to exile your opponents' decks.

This deck sort of revolves around that combo, however, as stated in the disclaimer, my meta is not very competitive. This is why the amount of tutors and high budget cards I use will be limited. This means that cards like Grim Tutor , Merchant Scroll , Vampiric Tutor , Imperial Seal , Mental Misstep , and other cEDH cards will not be included in the deck.

Despite this disclaimer, I absolutely love the cards Yawgmoth's Will , Flusterstorm , Frantic Search , and Mana Drain , so they will not be cut.

This deck features plenty of counterspells whose purpose is entirely focused on denying my opponent's combos and securing my own. Countering spells like Grave Titan , Sheoldred, Whispering One , and other large threats will NOT be done as they can be seen as a waste. Rather, spells like Tooth and Nail , Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger , and Stony Silence will be countered because they are either win conditions or prevent me from achieving my own win.

The deck also features cards like Extract and Praetor's Grasp to remove these threats from the game before they are played or to even shut down somebody's wincon entirely. Not to mention, they can easily draw counterspells which will mean there will be less counters to interrupt your own wincon.
