Monored creatureless burn/control deck.

It's headed by Ishi-Ishi to prove I don't need creatures by playing the worst monored legend as my commander. Plus, won't people be in for a shock when my goofy goat-riding commander who hoses a useless archetype starts dropping board wipes and lock pieces.

Haven't tested it yet but I'm guessing it's pretty bad because I don't feel like I have enough push to really kill people, especially when all the lockdown is going to make me public enemy #1.
