I saw Ishai and Kraum and thought why not make a deck where you punish your opponents for casting spells, part of playing the game, and better yet lets add things that make them casts multiple spells so you get extra triggers. Of course this is gonna put a target on your head so you will need that make it harder for oppenents to attack you and some protection. Thus Ishai x Kraum came to fruition. I kind of threw this together real quick so it may not be optimized and I wanted to keep it semi-budget. Any feedback is appreciated.
