I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more.

This deck is in its infant stages, just a concept for now, but I plan to get a few solid cards to flesh it out. It's mill, no two ways about it. Dimir mil/control. I aim to slow my opponent any way I can (Discard, board control, land destruction) to buy time for my fragile defenses to hold out until I can mill to death.

This style of play is what got me hooked on Magic with my first mono-blue deck. I departed from it for a good long time in favor of my Angel deck, but now I'm revisiting.

The deck is currently comprised of just cards I had in my collection. I plan to set up a nice list of needs. Any suggestions are helpful.

Questions:Do I need more creature protection, as in walls and tough creatures? Or maybe life-gain? I feel this deck is dangerous to play against anyone with even moderate damage output.

SUGGESTIONS I KNOW:-Get better counterspells (Yeah I know. I used them all in my other commander deck. Havent spent money on more yet.)-Get more dual-lands-Anything already on my maybeboard.
