First off, I'm banning myself from Doubling Season, The Chain Veil, and even Pir, Imaginative Rascal. And even beyond that, this is a budget deck (I don't want to spend a bunch of money on a deck that a playgroup might not allow)
Secondly I am limiting myself to only allowing myself to ultimate Nissa, Vital Force once as to make the game fair
But if you're still not cool with me using a Planeswalker as a Commander, that's fine. Give me a second to switch out some cards to make it legal. Here's that decklist:
