Ended up being essentially U/R Delver with a Exquisite Firecraft as a finisher.
The idea behind the deck is that end of turn Bolt-Snap=Bolt into Exquisite Firecraft does 10 damage and Between Serum Visions, Opt and Remand it is pretty likely I will be able to get that off at least once in a match. So all I need is to get in another 10 damage with things like Delver of Secrets
and Vendilion Clique while delaying them with strong early-game control options.
I'm not actually tied to the Delver of Secrets
part of the deck. The original plan was to use Dimensional Infiltrator, but Delver seems far more efficient.
Side Board especially needs help. I don't think the blue-moon plan is an especially good one due to lack of Cryptic Command and other strong control pieces. The deck runs out of steam far too quickly for a plan like that
Lands also need work but that mainly comes down to funds.
