The main purpose of this deck is to keep the opponent drawing cards and also punish them for drawing cards. Cards like Teferi's Puzzle Box, Dictate of Kruphix, Kami of the Crescent Moon, and Forced Fruition force them to keep drawing cards, cards like Fevered Visions, Price of Knowledge, Underworld Dreams, and of course Nekusar himself punish them for drawing and having a large hand, while cards like The Locust God, Psychosis Crawlwer and Venser's Journal reward the player for drawing cards as well. There's also a splash of discard effects with cards like Windfall, Barbed Shocker, and Whispering Madness, with Waste Not ready to take advantage of opponents discarding their hands.
