Pretty easy to run deck. Basically you use Remand, Mana Leak and Silence to shut down your opponents moves, then use cards like Lightning Bolt and Lightning Helix to control the field and Field of Ruin to take out man-lands or at least cripple their mana pool. Isochron Scepter can result in nasty field locks when paired with Silence or a counter spell and create a slow burn effect and life gain when paired with Lightning Helix. Stall until you can drop Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Restoration Angel
for the infinite combo or beat them down. Plus Snapcaster Mage can be re-activated by Restoration Angel
and Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker giving you plenty of options and answers. Added 2 Monastery Mentor as an alternative finisher (especially when paired with Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker) and early blocker if needed. Fun to run and it has been performing amazing in real life competition. Watch out for Torpor Orb as this shuts down the infinite combo and hits a lot of this decks answers.
When sideboarding;
Add in Cryptic Command when more counter or utility is needed
Add in Archangel of Tithes for aggro, creature heavy, or creature combo decks.
Add in Counterflux when you need more counters, against other control builds or overload to stop a storm spell.
Add in Spellskite to help against removal when on the offensive. Also this eats up aura's and boosts hurting some deck builds.
Add Leyline of Sanctity in for decks that require them to target you like Burn, 8-Rack, Storm, Scapeshift or Malira Combo
Add in Wrath of God against Aggro decks or creature based combo decks.
The Maybe board is full of cards to vary up the build, lots of different threats and control cards in there.
