This deck focuses on the cipher ability so that I can encode a creature with the sorceries ability to effectively use that ability over and over again when that creature deals combat damage to my opponent. This deck has 3 win conditions. The first one being an encoded Invisible Stalker that makes the opponent mill until they have nothing left in their library. An encoded Lazav, Dimir Mastermind . And lastly, in the late game bringing Lord of Extinction out when there are tons of cards in graveyards to essentially wipe my opponent out in one swoop.

Please let me know how I could improve this deck. I do need a good side board. And i would love to know which decks this might not be good against. I would like to keep this deck as budget friendly as possible, but have some ideas on how to upgrade it.
