This is an izzet mill deck that is based around Sphinx's Tutelage . The cheap instant, sorcery, and enchantment spells will help me draw by playing two a turn with Jori En, Ruin Diver . I also threw in some bigger spells for later on that help mill 7-13 at a time. I included investigate because I found that even if I had card draw I was casting cheap cards so fast I couldn't keep up and would end up stuck with no cards in hand. The investigate will trigger Sphinx's Tutelage and give me more draw.
