This deck is about playing cards from the top of the library, either for free, casting from the top exiling the top few cards and casting them, or revealing a number of cards and putting them in your hand or the battlefield. It has absolutely no tutor mechanics.

Intet, the Dreamer himself does this somewhat reliably.

Garruk's Horde takes care of creatures.

Melek, Izzet Paragon takes care of instants and sorceries.

Courser of Kruphix and Oracle of Mul Daya bring lands in from the top.

And Future Sight takes care of creatures, artifacts and enchantments.

The rest of the cards are things that I would want to reveal or top-deck into. Mostly large creatures that get cheated in in one way or another.

A key feature I need to mention is that I do NOT want ANY searching in this deck. Drawing is "acceptable" but I would like to avoid it as much as possible.

A cool combo in this deck:

Melek, Izzet Paragon + Supplant Form + Riku of Two Reflections + Wort, the Raidmother lets you remove three creatures and copy three creatures if you cast it from the top of your library.

Another one:

Melek, Izzet Paragon + Unexpected Results + Riku of Two Reflections + Wort, the Raidmother + 3 other random instants or sorceries. Play unexpected results from the top of the library, copy it with Melek, copy it with Riku by paying and copy it with Wort by tapping two creatures. Get REALLY lucky and hit an instant, copy it with Melek, copy it with Riku by paying , and copy it with Wort by tapping two creatures. Get SUPER lucky and hit a sorcery, copy it with Melek, copy it with Riku by paying , and copy it again with Wort by 2 more creatures. Get EXTREMELY lucky by hitting another instant, copy it with Melek, copy it with Riku by paying , and copy it one last time by tapping 2 creatures. Yeah, you need 8 creatures to tap, , , , and but imagine the look on your opponents' faces! Technically you COULD cast Unexpected Results for free because of Galvanoth.
