Welcome to the culmination of my experiences with EDH. This is Scion, Dragons in a flash edition. The goal of this deck is play a control style slower version of Scion of the Ur-Dragon and make use of one simple rule. Opponents will always target Scion. Since that will never change in the EDH landscape, we are running all five dragon spirit cards in the vein that if our opponents take out Scion then we can transform him and make the death worthwhile. While the downside is we send scion into the graveyard, we can boost this synergy by running a couple of shapeshifters that can become what we make Scion on demand and then sac the shapeshifter and keep Scion on the field. we also feature classic graveyard manipulation in order to try never to leave Scion in the graveyard for very long. We still keep the OTK combo on hand because every deck should have a way to end the game. Overall this has more of a thematic dragons theme that runs less optimal cards for the sake of making a historically menacing commander much more fun, less linear, and interesting for my opponents to encounter.
