A couple years ago I published this list: Inspector Gadget. This is an updated version, featuring a couple additions.
The core is white wheenies style deck splashing blue for Brainstorm , Trinket Mage and Sideboard Cards.
It has a few sinergies:

• Metalcraft creatures with Cheap Artifacts
• Cheap Artifacts with Trinket Mage
• Brainstorm with Squadron Hawk
• ...

The deck has the possibility of being either fast or grindy, and cards like Brainstorm (combined with shuffle effects) are a great upside to strategies like these because they help you to find the pieces you need.
