Pump up the team with Tower Defense. Go ahead and send in 4x Lingering Souls spirits for 24 damage. Yep.

But I won't rely completely on that so there's alternatives to just beating up opponents with huge butts. Various hard to remove anthem effects like Gavony Township, Ajani, Mentor of Heroes, or a 4/4 Wilt-Leaf Liege block. Hey, even Assault Formation can pump them up.

Thanks to Doran's little buddy Treefolk Harbinger Slim has a consistent shot and landing... and then coming again!

Wooded Foothills reflects my budget for the mana. However, it really doesn't matter. The base runs as smooth as a treefolks bottom.
