This is a mill deck for Shadows over Innistrad.

Key thing about this deck is investigating. The more clues you have the better.

Trail of Evidence let's us investigate every time we cast an instant or sorcery, while Fleeting Memories let's us mill target player for three cards every time we sacrifice a clue token.

We can also investigate twice each turn with Erdwal Illuminator. The good thing about this deck is most cards are under 5 mana.

Also with Ongoing Investigation every time we deal combat damage to a player we get to investigate. The more clues we have the better.

Also with milling we also have human creature play with giving +1/+1 counters to each human creature we control when inspiring captain enter the battlefield.

Another end game combo would be pairing Jace, Unraveler of Secrets with Rule of Law. Play rule of law then use Jaces minus 8 ability then opponents can't cast spells for the rest of game assuming they don't get rid of rule of law first. You should be able to use your creatures to defend jace until he gets to minus 8.
