Definitely needs more artifact ramp, Thran Dynamo, Sol Ring and Dreamstone Hedron for example to help power out Skittles.

Throne of Geth is a must for infect, especially with the number of artifacts you have. At worst, it's proliferate for 2 mana. Black Sun's Zenith helps weaken your opponent's creatures, especially when you start proliferating. Add Buried Ruin to support the throne or recur your artifact creatures. Grafted Exoskeleton is good, especially if you get it on the Platinum Angel or one of the other non-infect creatures.

if you do end up putting in Throne of Geth there is a really cool combo with it and Pentavus make a pentavite then sac it to throne proliferating on the Pentavus

Strata Scythe. Sometimes you just want your dudes to be big, and since you're playing mostly Swamps. it'll get the job done. Note that it doesn't get better with Urborg, but it's still awesome especially in multiplayer games.

@theonyc, commander is 100 card decks exactly, right... including the commander? With that being said, I am indeed playing two Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon, one as my commander and one as a card in the deck.

Im not sure why you aren't using Livewire Lash or Grim Affliction. Both are good with infect.

The coolest thing about Livewire Lash is that if you use proliferate, even if your guy doesn't have any counters, the spell still can target it and it still deals damage.

for infect do you still need 10 or does it double to 20 poison counters? if it is the suqita assassin is overpowered, i agree with live wire lash. also try Phyrexian Metamorph, really useful and fun (kills legendarys and can be your artifacts/creatures)

no you cant have any mana symbols or colors that are not of the colors of your commanders color identity on any cards to include DFC (so a green edh deck couldn't run just because of it's flipside) it's pretty restrictive actually.
