Haven't touched MTG in a long time. Deck's open to suggestions now.
Thanks for the suggestion, Wyxon. I don't think that particular card would be fast enough for my early-combos, though. I want to drop my mana-engines in on turn 1 usually (Arbor Elf, Utopia Sprawl, Llanowar Elf etc)
It could work if the deck was playing a bit slower I think.
also, Caligula YOU DIRTY SHIT-HEAD AND YOUR GODDAMN DECK FEATURES. I'm sorry if you've been on League, I've been busy lately. <33

Lmao, I haven't played league since we last played.
Perhaps we should get a couple games in later?

Sounds good. I'm not 100% sure if I'll be on, so I'll msg you here when I know.
I've got some D&D planned for tonite

Hey Guardians, thanks a ton for the suggestion. I would definitely run Priest of Titania instead of Elvish Archdruid, but alas, the Priest is not legal in modern. She has been printed in Commander sets, and Urza's Saga which is a very old set. Commander prints aren't included in the Modern pool.

I don't know if Joraga Treespeaker would help. It does, however your other Elvish Mystic type stuff add more mana. Also Maybe Kiora's Follower to untap Staff of Domination for free.

To be 100% honest, I've pretty much got the mainboard exactly where I want it right now. It wins between turn 3-5 at least 80% of the time if left uninterrupted, and if you mulligan properly. The only cards I'd consider adding are things that would speed up my early game in some way. Joraga Treespeaker would require me to spend a lot of mana on leveling it up before I can get any combo potential out of it. It's just a bit too slow for the way this deck runs.
I tested with Kiora's Follower before, but I also found it slowed me down a bit. The only thing I can ever really use her for is to untap Staff of Domination for free like you said, but that only costs 1 mana to do anyways. She's good for untapping a Utopia Sprawl'd forest too, but my Arbor Elf fills that slot nicely as it is.
An example of a card I'd add would be Glimpse of Nature, since it would allow me to draw into my combo almost guaranteed. It's banned in modern, unfortunately. It would have to be a card with a massive impact to make it into my mainboard.

Would Windswept Heath do the same thing as Verdant Catacombs in this case? I only ask because of Verdant's $30 price tag.

Absolutely, toxicliam. This list was made prior to the fetch reprints.
And you could use Helix Pinnacle in this deck too, Madroxasmon30. I just prefer Craterhoof Behemoth as a finisher for my combo, since it has to be countered or else some of my creatures get pumped up to infinity. The helix pinnacle could just eat some enchantment/artifact hate and ruin my wincon, so I don't think it would be the better option in any case.

helix pinnacle has shroud though, so unless they have an enchantment wipe, behemoth would be easier to counter that way. So either way, it is a challenge. Love the deck by the way!

You're right. I totally overlooked that it had shroud.
I guess it's equally good as Craterhoof for a wincon. My only defense for Craterhoof now is that it could be useful outside of the combo.
And thanks a ton! This deck is my pride and joy of the MTG world.

It's nice to some old school combos coming back from the dead. I remember when your usernam used to be 'V-something'. Does that make me old school?

The Elvephants never die, they only slumber. The bans made this deck a looooooot better. I can't even begin to express how much better.
And fuck yeah. That was like.. a year ago? That's a pretty long time I guess. I switched to Dave shortly after I made this deck. The original Dave was inactive forever, so yeago let me steal his name.

It seems something like Fog might be good in sideboard

Hi, looking over your deck seeing as you really only use Staff of Domination to untap a mana creature I was wondering if Umbral Mantle could be used, because I would like to start to Assemble this deck and I was looking over prices

It could be used, but Staff of Domination is also used so you can draw your whole deck, gain infinite life, etc. It is less vulnerable than Umbral Mantle. Unless the creature you're pumping has haste, it can be chump-blocked. Staff would guarantee you the game when it combos, Umbral Mantle would not. I'd recommend swapping them for Staffs asap.
I don't think Fog would fit in the sideboard, personally. It may be worth testing if you're getting hosed by aggro often.

No problem. :) I hope it all works out for you. It's a really fun deck to play.

Oh, I meant "unless the creature you're pumping has trample" not haste. My bad.
