This is a deck built around Simic Growth Chamber or Oboro, Palace in the Clouds, Skyshroud Ranger or Sakura-Tribe Scout, and Retreat to Coralhelm. This combination provides infinite landfall, used by Hedron Crab and Altar of the Brood. Several of these can be fetched: Retreat to Coralhelm by Drift of Phantasms or Commune with the Gods, creatures by Commune with the Gods, and Simic Growth Chamber by Sylvan Scrying.

Right now, I'm looking for card recommendations, and advice in terms of card quantities. I'm trying to keep it fairly budget, but if there's an expensive card I should know about, please do tell me.
