Sideboard

The idea behind this deck is a simple one. Use the large amounts of creature removal/control (Killing Wave, Duress, Go for the Throat, Geth's Verdict, Thoughtseize, Surgical Extraction) to buy enough time to get out the Exquisite Blood / Sanguine Bond infinite combo.

Triggering the combo can be done with the creatures Blood Artist's ability or Vampire Nighthawk's attack/block whether or not its attacks actually hit the opponent's life points. If your creatures are being removed or otherwise controlled you may alternatively trigger the combo with Geth's Verdict or Leechridden Swamp .

Killing Wave synergizes really well with Exquisite Blood and can't be stopped (unless they want to forfeit) when Sanguine Bond is out as well.

Any suggestions for this deck are welcome.

Updates Add

Decided to add Thoughtseize to the deck effectively doubling the price of the deck. I think this means I need to remove the budget tag I have on it.
