The core idea of this deck is combining the effects of Evolution Sage + Scapeshift with an infect creature to kill someone turn 5 normally. Then the idea came of replacing the buff cards that makes infect good with ramp cards to get more land drops and proliferate grind people out or just get the key peices out sooner. I added phyrexian hydra near the end of brewing as I thought if I had all this ramp I might as well have a payoff. The mana base kind of sucks due to budget but I don't think it's all that bad due to blue basically being a small splash. No sideboard as I have no idea how to construct a deck let alone a sideboard. Please remember with any suggestions it's pseudobudget.
