My idea of a Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon EDH deck. It's a more of a control variety than others I have seen, but it is still very scary in any field.

I wanted it to have the feel of going against an plague, so everything is to get more and more -1/-1 counters and poison counters as possible. The preferred method to kill anything is -1/-1 counters as it will give you the most advantage. Necroskitter, Nest of Scarabs, and Blowfly Infestation all will give you advantage with killing with -1/-1 counters. Crumbling Ashes is great for quick death dealing to your opponent's creatures.

Boardwipes include Liliana's Influence, Contagion Engine, Carnifex Demon, and Black Sun's Zenith. The first three are minor boardwipes, seeing how proliferation would be needed for anything more than 2 toughness.

The idea is to keep hammering your opponents with creatures until life is zero or 10 poison counters. Wincons include Decimator Web, death by scarabs, or Blightsteel Colossus. Minor wincons are Oracle's Vault, seeing how that can get you a free anything every turn, and Liliana's ult, as it gives you a full board of infect.
