Infect: On an actual budget (Modern MTG Deck)

This is a Modern Aggro U/G Infect deck on a budget. I know there are many decks like this on the website. However, all of the "budget" infect decks I saw were over $100! So, I decided to make a budget infect deck myself. I am pretty new to MTG so help is EXTREMELY appreciated. I am also new to this website and so this is my first deck I have made on it! I used some other decklists and some suggestions from a friend to make this deck. Also, you can play Invigorate instead of one of the pump spells if you are just playing casual. It can actually win T2 with: T1 Glistener Elf, T2 play a land and Groundswell and then Mutagenic Growth spam using . You can do a max of 14 poison on T2 with two Groundswell and three Mutagenic Growth or 12 poison with trample with a Rancor instead of one of the Groundswells

My Questions:

Should I add Distortion Strike , Artful Dodge or Aqueous Form instead of Slip Through Space ? Should I have 3 or 4 of them? I know that I need to have Blighted Agent and Glistener Elf, but which of the other creatures should I keep or change? I'm not sure which ones are good. 3 or 4 Mutagenic Growth and 3 or 4 Giant Growth? Should I add Titanic Growth ? Should I add Become Immense or not because I don't have fetch lands? Should I have Phytoburst in there somewhere?

Why I don't have certain cards Show

Things I want to find room for but don't know how:

Dispel: I need some kind of counter but I can't find room.
Predator's Strike : I really like this card and I would like to have more trample, maybe I should replace some of the Rancors? I know it isn't very good but I still like it. Maybe I could find it into the sideboard when I am playing casual? Should I use it?
Livewire Lash: Is it worth having?

Weaknesses:

The deck doesn't have removal in the main board. Or any counter spells. Not sure if that's a problem but I assume so. It's a bit slow for infect in my opinion, not sure how to fix that. Also, flying. I am sure there are lots of ways to fix that, I just don't know them.

Sideboard:

I'm not very good at sideboards because of being a pretty new player and generally just not knowing what decks I need to counter and how. Help with that would be much appreciated.
