Infect Commander Deck using Damia, Sage of Stone as the General. This deck is budget but mainly because I don't use fetches or shocks. Other than that infect cards are usually cheaper. I used http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/mimeoplasm-infect-edh/ to build this deck although I already had a different version of this deck that was eerily similar. It helped me with some card suggestions.

I am going to end up foiling the majority of the deck. (Anything under a dollar gets foiled)
