Preface

Do you know what's better than an Artifact based Esper control deck that only costs 9.12 TIX (As of 12/15/2019)? One with a janky story subtheme! The main difference between this deck and your usual power level 2 story themed deck is that this was built to be at the very least focused and have avenues for upgrade. But enough about strategy, what's the deal with this deck?

The Deal With This Deck

While many of the uncivilized Planeswalkers out there may lead you to believe that might or cleverness are the secrets to power, you know that the true way to obtain your desires is with wealth. Using the most powerful artifact ever conceived, The Factory, you will squash your opponents while making them envy your anarcho capitalist ways. So get ready to light up the Darksteel Forge , avoid your Land Tax es, and Revel in Riches , cause it's time the multiverse experienced an industrial revolution.

Before we can do anything, there has to somewhere we can make the products that will beat the competition. When you play lands, make declarations such as "This will be my Spire of Industry and the monument of your defeat!" or "From my Command Tower I can observe my workers and ensure that they don't form any pesky unions!" Be as dramatic as you like, the more the better.
Congratulations on your recent land acquisition! The next step in assuring your monopoly is powering your factory. Use of powerstones such as Fellwar Stone have only been loosely connected with radiation poisoning, and if any workers act up you can simply sell them to the Krark-Clan Ironworks in exchange for mana.
A factory has to make a product, and yours should be no different. Put up harsh mana tariffs with Ethersworn Canonist , reduce your liabilities with a Darksteel Forge , and if all else fails you can just throw a Blightsteel Colossus at your competitors and hope OSHA blames them for the now unsafe work conditions phyrexian oil tends to cause.
Workers are required to make your weapo- I mean totally quality control tested tools, and the best workers are those wo you don't need to pay. Join the bandwagon of mechanized production, thopters don't whine about things like "Wages" or "Severed Limbs". You can aquire workers like these by hiring good shift managers such as Sai, Master Thopterist to ensure Efficient Construction
Why spend money to replace equipment when you can simply tune up and reuse it? Depreciation is a scam anyways, so why not just send out the Scrap Trawler and hope the machine doesn't kill anyone... again.
Once you sell your products, the revenue of which allows for the opportunity to make new products! Sometimes optimizing that net income can feel like a Frantic Search but will all be worth it once you make your way to the Trading Post .
Sometimes the wages of employees are simply too high and you must layoff employees to stay competitive. Whether you must Fumigate the plant to deal with rats or force a Merciless Eviction on your tenement housing. If you're lucky, the fumes will deal with the competition as well.
When inspectors come to check your workplaces for clear ethics violations, there seems to be a spike in workplace accidents that result in their tragic demise. While the Utter End they face is tragic, it's better than you making the work transition from Swords to Plowshares . If an issue comes up that cannot meet an untimely demise, such as a subpoena, simply give a Stubborn Denial and hope the legal battle won't be your Swan Song in the world of shady dealings.

So How Should I Play This Deck?

The way you win with this deck is simple: Throw ethics aside and become the Carnegie of Magic. Maybe you could overpopulate your workforce of 1/1 Thopters and promise a paycheck if they kill Turbo Mill Inc. at the other end of the table. Another strategy could be building up the power of your products until they become weapons of mass destruction, such as Blightsteel Colossus . A time honored tradition would be to kill the table via pollution as your artifacts fill up junkyards ala Mirrodin Besieged . The most important part of this deck though is this: Have fun with it. All of the various synergies can create a near infinite number of business possibilities, all of which will bankrupt your opponent's life totals.
