ZURGO HELMSMASHER the One Man Army who deserves to be revered as one of the Great World Destroyers. This deck used to strictly be a one vs one deck, however he never really got used as I always play in a 4 man pod now. Previously he was all about evasion by fear, unblockable, and protection from creatures etc, however he did not play so well against control and aggro decks.

I have instead figured out it is much easier to win with no creatures on the board except MINE because:

1) Opponents have no blockers

2) Opponents creatures can't stay on the field to use their abilities

3) Prevents death from opponents aggro decks

4) You can continue to kill their commander until it becomes to expensive for them to cast it again

I love this deck because I get to smash face and my opponents do not. There is something extremely satisfying about destroying all your opponents hard work every turn without it actually being a true lock down.

How To Play...

Turns 1 - 4 ramp or tutor for Jokulhaups

Turns 4 or 5 play Zurgo Helmsmasher

Turns 5 or 6 Play Jokulhaups and win : )
