This is an experimental build. My goal is to make it the most competitive possible while staying cheap. Feel free to comment what cards you would add or remove, but I would prefer the cards to be the cheapest possible. This deck is supposed to be a storm deck, but with a doomsday backup plan. It can win with the Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter combo, or simply by storming out normally( but it is way more difficult). We can also go with the doomsday plan and win with a lab maniac pile. I usually use this plan against blue-less decks. It is easier. You can also use demonic consultation while you have a lab maniac and name a card that isn’t in your deck to exile your entire library. You can also get infinite mana with worldgorger dragon and animate dead. Or infinite turns with wanderwine prophets.

This deck was a Kess deck before. You can still use her as a commander. Just replace wanderwine prophets and bloodline necromancet by two cantrips.
