In The Middle of the Knight

Modern Knights RW (Boros) Tribal

Botanicum81

Boros Knights is my favorite archetype in MTG. White and Red, in my opinion represents the image of a knight. White represents the knight's purity and honor, and red represents the knight's passion. If the Templars played MTG, I bet they would play Boros Knights, hell, white and red is their colors anyways. When I cast a Lightning Bolt to my opponent's face using this deck, I feel no guilt because "Deus Vult".

Lands

Arid Mesa

This is a modern deck and fetchlands are required to keep up. This is a shame because they are costly (IRL) and cost a life. Hell, for the most part one can not even play a mono-color deck without using them (any red deck). Fetchlands ruined modern. I am not going to to explain mu inclusion of this card, we all know it is a necessary evil.

Mountain

Word has it the Mountain card is a great source of red mana without any drawbacks.

Needle Spires

Are you having issues with board wipes, no need to fear, Needle Spires is here. Cheesiness aside, this manland doesn't need to be a creature when trouble is around the corner, kind of like you, and like you when the trouble is gone it springs into action. What happened to bros before board wipes? Manlands happened. What Needle Spires has that you don't is double strike. A potential 4 damage to the face of your opponent is sweet for the most part if all goes your way. Get This!! You can produce white and red mana with this card also!! Keep in mind it comes in play tapped and like you kind of sucks like that.

Plains

Of course you need Plains . How else would you counter Blood Moon ?

Sacred Foundry

Shock yourself to death with Sacred Foundry !!! I aspire to be like a burn player who uses fetchlands and shock lands to bolt myself before my opponent's turn 1 begins. Seriously, this land is 100% fetch-able and produces the proper colors. It is a great turn 1 play and paying 2 life isn't a big deal in the deck because you have plenty of opportunities to gain life. Also, don't be one of those idiots who plays this card untapped and doesn't need the mana. I have actually seen players do this and it in no way benefited them. SMH.

Slayers' Stronghold

Knights are not particularly known for being fast and sometimes you need to hit your opponent fast for an easy victory or you are itching to attack, but know you are doomed if you tap that knight. This land is a solution to both problems and pumps up your holy brothers. It also produces colorless mana and you don't have to shock your ass to play it untapped. It gets in and stays in, unlike you.

Temple of Triumph

I love fixing my decks, it is one of my favorite activities, but it was impossible to include spells dedicated to that purpose. My solution was to put in a land that comes into play tapped and make it a full playset. Plus, Needle Spires comes into play tapped. I am starting to rethink things. I want to believe scrying is a major benefit of this land and worth slowing this deck's pace. Well, from a few playtest, I believe it is. Scrying, in my philosophy means, "I have enough lands, lets make sure I don't top-deck one". Then scry; with jazz hands. Unless you are desperate (most likely you are in the female department) there is no need to play these cards early.
