Wydwen, the Biting Gale can easerly be the general, I just like oona because shes the queen.

This deck works like a straight forward aggro deck applying small threats to hurt opponents life total, whilst using bounce/ counterspells to keep threats off the broad, and using draw cards like Distant Melody , Mind Spring and Skullclamp to full for more Faeries. Obelisk of Urd , Coat of Arms etc make all my little 1 power faeries into really threats to finish off the game.

Oona, Queen of the Fae can also just win the game out right if enough mana is pumped into her she can ether tear someones deck apart (also as its exile you dont have to worry about cards like Kozilek, Butcher of Truth and Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre shuffling deck deck back in) or making a bunch of fairies to finish someone off with just raw power.
