Ive absolutely fallen in love with this deck but due to money constraints I wanted to go a slight bit more budget with it. I do already own a significant amount of these cards but I'm not willing to pay for Imperial seal just yet and probably won't be getting a Time twister. What suggestions would you make to replace some of the massively costed cards?

Hey thanks bud. I havent updated this list in a long time and it definitely needs some love since much has changed. Honestly if you can't afford the uber expensive cards your best bet is to add Paradox Engine and cards that combo with it. For instance one mana worth of dorks, engine, Sensei's Divining Top, and Kiora's Follower/Aphetto Alchemist will draw your entire deck. Dramatic reversal+Isochron Scepter also does dumb things with elves and tap for value creatures like Jace's Archivist and if you put a card like Impulse or Brainstorm on scepter with engine in play you can easily draw your entire deck. Engine is pretty much the most broken card ever printed and will make this elfball deck WAY better. If you need more tutors Fabricate is really great since it grabs engine, top, ramp, scepter, and even Aetherflux Reservoir. Dark Petition is another solid tutor if you get spell mastery.

I am in the process of fixing up my other Leo deck. Once that is done Ill give this one a makover too.

those sound like awesome includes. I've been hesitant to get engine purely because I'm pretty sure it'll be banned eventually but now I think I'll have my fun with it while I can. Since there's honestly not too many uber high cost cards outside of lands are there any other cards that you would consider swapping out or any other cards that would play well with tezzeret, sceptor, and the like?

I would probably cut scroll rack for necropotence and anvil of bogarden for anything. Anvil is very meh and I havent missed it.

culling the weak could be a good include. In my other Leo deck I got the fabled turn 1 win with Culling the Weak yesterday. Diabolic intent is also a solid add given how creature heavy the deck is.
