Enlightened Tutor would be good here. Dovescape could work if you decide to go more creature heavy.

baaah humbug on the bringer, its such a good card for the deck and i forgot alternate casting costs affect its color identity. yea ill look into finding something else to place it, hopefully another graveyard recursion engine.

I would recomend Trinket Mage . It already has several targets on your build (like Dispeller's Capsule and Expedition Map ), and can be used as a silver bullet fetcher for stuff like Relic of Progenitus and Brittle Effigy . To complement the Mage's package, Sensei's Divining Top is classic. You can consider a Golden Wish package on your sideboard, a true silver-bullet option

I had Trinket Mage in before and im still on the fence about him, ill try to put him back in. Instead of Relic of Progenitus ill probably put in Tormod's Crypt as this one can be taken back from the grave.

Would Rings of Brighthearth work with Hanna?

Would you considered adding Brago, King Eternal and spells like Reality Acid+Oblivion Ring or any o-ring effect. Idk if you've see this but if you place the acid on a permanent, then O-ring the acid, it destroys any permanent you can target. With Brago you can blink both the acid and the O-ring, and rinse and repeat. If you want to recur the ETB effects. Further options on the ETB path are cards like Mulldrifter,Reveillark,Spreading Seas.

how do you measure it's wwwwooorrrtttthhhhh....

Nah just kidding.

Anyway. Here is my take on it:

Seal of Cleansing is terrible. If you want a recurrable removal enchantment, I would recommend Oblivion Ring and/or Detention Sphere. They hit any non-land, and they work better with the blink semi-theme.

Otherworld Atlas should come out. There are so many cards that are better. But honestly, your blue. You don't need to play artifacts or spells that draw for everyone when you can just play spells that draw for only yourself. Brainstorm, Ancestral Vision and others do a lot more work than they seems like they would. Low CMC draw and ramp spells do a lot of work in EDH in general. See also Concentrate and Plea for Power.

You need all the ramp and draw you can get away with, in fact. Mana rocks are good so ramp is not super necessary here, but bottom line is you need plenty of draw effects in order to be continually putting down threats.

Tormod's Crypt is terrible. I have wanted to like that card so badly for years but it's practically useless. And a waste of a slot. If you are really intent on having a grave-hate card or two, I would recommend Scrabbling Claws instead or something else that in useful beyond a singular effect that is sometimes-relevant. (In these colors though, your options are limited.)

Your curve is a little bit high. I would recommend taking out some high casting cost cards for lower casting cost ones. A lot of your creatures aren't even cast-able within the first 5 turns of the game, barring mana rocks. Don't plan on the deck always doing well enough to play things the turn you want to.

Grand Architect is really good and low CMC. consider running it. Chief Engineer is also good.

Scourglass is insanely good in artifact-archetype decks. Put it in. Mistmeadow Witch is also incredible. Since it can target anyones creatures and not just your own, it can take creatures out of combat, make tokens go away forever, cause a creature to be useless for the remainder of the turn... etc. Plus on your own creatures; dodge targeted removal, get ETBs repeatedly if you have nothing else to spend the mana on, have your clones copy something more relevant, etc. Crazy good.

I'm a little confused by the lack of control, equipment or counterspells. The deck doesn't require these things, but you should be thinking of ways to protect your general and big threats when they hit the table. You do have a lot of removal, but not control.

The blink theme also needs work if you want to stick with it. You only have 6 things (4 of them creatures) with a definitive enter-the-battlefield effect and 3 clones. Mulldrifter is a card to consider, and there are plenty of low-CMC value etb creatures in EDH. (Kor Cartographer, Augury Owl, Pilgrim's Eye...)

That reminds me; Ghostway is a really fun card that I am a fan of. It's not amazing, but it dodges wraths and blinks your creatures so you can get their ETBs again. Sun Titan can help here as well, because in addition to having an ETB he can also get your general if she's killed because you can let her hit your graveyard and get her back immediately.

Have you thought about defensive cards like Propaganda and Ghostly Prison? The deck could certainly use them if you so choose.

Final tally:

Auto-includes: Scourglass, Burnished Hart, Semblance Anvil, Mistmeadow Witch, Rhystic Study, Shimmer Myr

(Cards that are good that I didn't specifically mention may appear below)

Cards to consider: Sun Titan, Brago, King Eternal, Ring of Three Wishes, Planar Portal, Ghostway, Propaganda, Ghostly Prison, Staff of Nin, Oblivion Ring, Mind Stone, Mind's Eye, Detention Sphere, Mulldrifter, Winding Canyons, Journey to Nowhere, Cloud of Faeries, Preordain, Palladium Myr, Prototype Portal, Kor Cartographer, Augury Owl, Fog Bank, Wall of Denial, Pilgrim's Eye, Etched Champion, Grand Architect, Chief Engineer, Riddlesmith, Sawtooth Loon...

Thank you for your input, allow me to respond as i actually got to test this deck pretty extensively today.

First off I'm going to say what i agree with. First off i agree that Seal of Cleansing needs to go. So I'm going to replace that with the Shimmer Myr i was thinking about putting in. This deck is weak in Board wipes so yes Scourglass is definitely going in. I also want to put in Mulldrifter, Plea for Power, and Chief Engineer. Burnished Hart and Rhystic Study will most likely find heir way in as well.

Again thanks for the comments and the help on improving the deck. Now as for Otherworld Atlas this is a super fun card and can act as a win con. This is a card i love to have in but I'm open to removing it if it doesn't preform well. But having everyone draw 30 cards a turn is ridiculously fun. It also is mainly used to combo with Elixir of Immortality

Tormod's Crypt fits better in this deck than you might think. When i want to mass recur tings, whether it might be from Roar of Reclamation or Open the Vaults id much rather remove their entire graveyard rather then at most 2 cards. Also in my meta there is a TON of graveyard interacting decks (like this one :p) so removing the whole graveyard usually proves more fruitful than chipping away at a grave slowly.

Propaganda and Ghostly Prison were originally in the deck but that isn't where I wanted to take this deck so I removed them.
