I took the basic idea behind Temur Aetherworks and put my own spin on it. Instead of four Woodweaver's Puzzleknot s, I used four Aether Meltdown s, as Aether Meltdown can shut down creatures (such as Heart of Kiran, when crewed), while at the same time providing you with two Energy Counters.

The splash of white was used to include two Wall of Resurgence s, which can be used to block basically any creature, chief among them Torrential Gearhulk , Gideon, Ally of Zendikar (when his +1 ability is activated) and Cultivator's Caravan (when crewed).

Sweltering Suns can take care of Zombies early, and Baral's Expertise can bounce Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger in the mirror match.
