This deck uses Illness in the Ranks and Virulent Plague to make our opponents' tokens worthless. What tokens, you ask? Why, all the tokens we give them, of course! Rapid Hybridization and Pongify, Beast Within, Swan Song, and more all become huge blowouts if the tokens they give our opponents all die immediately.

Other cards like Hunted Phantasm also become godly in this situation, as they are huge upside creatures without the tokens they give.

Our finisher is some combination of Dovescape, Blood Seeker, Blood Artist, and/or Hunted Phantasm.
