I have a play group that builds very competitive decks. My main goal with this deck is to make them weep as we play. I have always wanted to build a Nekusar, the Mindrazer ever since I got into EDH back in 2015. The idea for the deck is to make my opponents cycle through cards, never keeping the same hand for too long, as well as punishing them for drawing new cards. I am trying to get this deck to be the best that it can be, any suggestions are welcome, willing to put some money into it a little bit at a time.
