The Kaladeshian planeswalker Chandra Nalaar is a hot-headed pyromancer and a member of the Gatewatch. Like this deck, she likes to burn things. And sure enough, with a deck like this, you too can do just that.

The deck, obviously, has a whole lot of Chandra in it. A few cuts were made, since not every incarnation can be a hit. Chandra, Torch of Defiance and Chandra, Flamecaller represent the very best of our flamey-haired protector of realms. Meanwhile, signature spells such as Chandra's Ignition and Collective Defiance are exemplary tools for melting your opponents faces. And then there's Fiery Confluence and a thousand ways to simply end the game, when casting it.

Because we are playing mono-red, and thus we are most likely the weakest combination in our table, horrible cards like Blood Moon and Magus of the Moon are going to help us get the edge we need. Land hate like this also allows us to play the absolute cheapest (and stylish) landbase in all of Magic: 36 Mountains.

Note: In our local play group we have banned Sol Ring , so if you want to use this deck, you might want to include it.
