Commander / EDH Mill Prison WUB (Esper)

BlackSirius

Love to get any feed back. This is my first commander deck I've posted. Please upvote if you like it.

Update:

Definitely will be finding a way to fit in Eater of the Dead for Eater of the Dead + Phenax, God of Deception , and Traumatize for Fraying Sanity + Traumatize . Posibly looking to fit in Cyclonic Rift and Propaganda . My next mission is to figure out how to categorize the deck better so you all can see the prison cards, mill, and card draw at a glance. Also want to make note of the infinte combos like Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank , and soon to be combos mentioned above.

So I replaced Lord of the Void for Oona, Queen of the Fae, Strionic Resonator for Didn't Say Please, Brainstorm for Into the Story, and Azorius Chancery for Prairie Stream.

Replacing Lord of the Void for Oona, Queen of the Fae was a decision best made on the fact that my play group doesnt even let Lord of the Void stay out. Which honestly is understandable, but because of that he had to go. Also looking at it he is heavy on black, 7 mana if i dont get that chance to cheat him out via Yennet, Cryptic Sovereign, and surprisingly enough people will throw just about anything they have to prevent you for milling 7 and taking control of a creature out of that 7. People hate it when you steal. Adding Oona, Queen of the Fae also provides a little protection with the added bonus of milling x number of cards. Pretty decent decision if you're asking me.

Azorius Chancery is annoying. Prairie Stream is a pretty manageable land with little to no cost.

Strionic Resonator wasn't popping off for me as much as I had hoped it would, and often times i found myself just sitting around holding onto it instead. So my gut told me to insert another counter spell or mill card, and both of those came in the form of Didn't Say Please.

Last but not least is Brainstorm being replaced by Into the Story. At first glance it seems like a dumb move, but since the name of the game is milling then there should almost never be a time where you pay the full mana cost of Into the Story, also it is eligible to be top decked with Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign. Honestly Brainstorm has hindered me a few times, and having to make the call if i need to draw a card or not is a bit silly to me. Anywho I'm going to try out Into the Story for a few games and see how it fits. If it doesn't I'll put Brainstorm back in.
