So I'm a building a new deck, and i feel like Chisei, Heart of Oceans is breakable but not too breakable. So I listed off a few cards to make a complete deck but it still feels like its missing some pieces and there are probably cards in the deck that I don't actually need at all.

The main thing I want to do with the deck is combo off by removing counters from ticking time bomb type cards like Dark Depths (although I dont think there are to many cards like that)
