My 4th attempt at making a Canadian Highlander deck. Every list I've made up to this point has been very homebrew, and nothing has felt right so far. This time, I decided to build a more established archetype. After some initial playtesting, I think this has some promise. Very likely to build. (The deck is named as is because I desperately wish that Bestow was good)
