EDH for me has become less about winning and more how hard I can laugh during the game. My playgroup has proven we all have decks that can OTK multiple targets, so it's time to see how much ruckus I can cause.

I'm a few cards short atm, so all suggestions would be awesome! Please note I'm not really trying to WIN with this deck, just cause general chaos and giggles.
