The point of this deck is to ramp up into Spawnsire of Ulamog and using his ability to bring as many "eldrazi" as I want from outside of the game.

I run a few counterspells in the deck, mainly to make sure my combo can work even though I don't like counterspells that much.

The way this works is by casting Conspiracy and naming eldrazi. After you do this, you can have all creatures you own outside of the game be eldrazi making them retrievable with Spawnsire of Ulamog.

The best part about this is that you can use the eldrazi gods and All Is Dust or the entire sideboard in other decks and still be able to use them in this deck.

I have included in the deck several other effects that shuffle my graveyard into my library to make sure that I am able to do so when needed in case the eldrazi gods don't make it to the graveyard or they are too expensive to own in real life. The cards are Primal Command, Psychic Spiral, Loaming Shaman, Elixir of Immortality, Feldon's Cane, and Quest for Ancient Secrets.

I have included other win conditions in the main deck so that it is not solely reliant on Battle of Wits. Although most of them still require Spawnsire of Ulamog including Epic Struggle, Mortal Combat , and Psychic Spiral(only good against one opponent and not a for sure win condition). The only one that doesn't require Spawnsire of Ulamog is Helix Pinnacle, but is helped by it immensely.

There are 3 win condition in the sideboard which are Biovisionary, Laboratory Maniac, and Felidar Sovereign.

I have included Storm Crow in the sideboard because it is too good in the deck. Having it in the sideboard allows me to play it with Spawnsire of Ulamog without feeling guilty about raising the power level of the deck.

tl;dr Battle of Wits works in EDH.
