My attempt at a sliver edh deck. I know, I know, "Run Sliver Overlord as your Commander, idiot!" But no. I want to try Sliver Hivelord , at least for awhile. The fact that you can keep bringing Indestructible back just sounds awful for opponents. I realize I'm missing the fetch ability of Sliver Overlord and that's a rough one to do without, but like I said, I wanna try it this way.

That being said, I feel like this deck has a lot of potential (I haven't play tested it with my playgroup, because I don't have all of the cards). The mana base is all colored, with artifacts and enchantments to boot. I catalogued (Yes, I realize magiccards.info or many other sites do just that) each and every sliver, and organized them by ability. Then I plucked what I believe were the best from each category based on CMC and P/T and found them a new home. I left all of the "sacrifice" abilities out, because why would I sacrifice my creatures willingly? It's not something that sounds very fun at all. So I put cards in that cover the same abilities as the sacrifice ones, but maybe cost more mana.

I left out things like Magma Sliver because they don't work well with Crystalline Sliver . Instead I focused on slivers that don't need to target other slivers with their abilities (exception: Sliver Overlord ).

So what do you guys think of this deck? Should I suck it up and put Magma Sliver in here, or any of the Changeling creatures? I'm just not sure what to take out. And as always, please +1 if you like what you see, thanks!
