This is my second attempt at a commander deck. It is a house-rule that any planeswalker can be a commander, so, that is why I am using Ral. The deck is built around energy counters, and the typical Izzet game mechanic, with Instants and Sorceries. I would appreciate any constructive help, but be gentle, I am very sensitive.
