hey guys! this is my first non-unthought out homebrew attempt at mono blue control! the goal is to control the board and get Chasm Skulker fast and buff him up a ton. I'm trying to keep this legal post-rotaiton. ANY ADVICE IS WELCOME, HOPPED FOR AND WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!! THANKS!

Here's the deck breakdown:

Aqueous Form: one drop heroic trigger for Artisan of Forms , makes Thassa's Emissary unblockable for card draw, the same for any creature if i have Bident of Thassa out. It controls my card draw with scry, and it makes something unblockable for one mana for crying out loud!

Artisan of Forms : I can turn it in to any creature that seems necessary at the time and change it to something else when I feel like it! usually, I can also turn it into my opponents best creature and then remove their copy. EX: Play Retraction Helix on Artisan of Forms , turn it into their best creature and then return that to their hand and then Nullify it or something when they try to play it or just render it useless

Chasm Skulker: doesn't really need very much explaining. Draw cards. Make into fattie. Attack. Possibly get tokens that could possibly be unblockabke. (deck name here)

Cloudform : another win con, with hexproof! Eat my 2/2 Dissolve that you can't kill!

Daring Thief: provides some control that doubles as humor. EX: You: I'll give you my 1/1 squid token for that Kalonian Hydra Opponent: That's not a very fair trade.

Divination : More card draw you get the idea.

Clever Impersonator: essentially Artisan of Forms , but can trigger enter the battlefield abilities.

Thassa, God of the Sea: This is great! it controls my first draw every turn! it can also make anything unblockable, whether thats a gigantic Chasm Skulker or a Thassa's Emissary to draw cards.

Island: I hope that I don't need to explain the purpose of land

Nullify : Counterspell. Control. Two mana. Good.

Pin to the Earth : same thing as Encrust

Polymorphist's Jest: this and Turn to Frog are the two best cards in M15. EX: You: I'll use Bident of Thassa and force you to attack. Opponent: dude, are you nuts? you have no blockers and I have 3 7/7's. I swing lethal... and win the Grand Prix! You: ...And i turn all of them into frogs and you deal me 3 damage. Opponent: %$$!@#$%@&%$#*&%&%$#!

Retraction Helix : another one drop heroic trigger, see Artisan of Forms , also provides control yada yada yada.

Triton Tactics : Yet ANOTHER one drop heroic trigger( as you can see, i like cheep heroic triggers) which can target two creatures! the opponent attacks without fear of my blockers, I target my two most effective ones and untap them, and cause the opponents creatures to remain tapped for and extra turn.

Dig Through Time basically divination, with a full graveyard, but more effective.

Sideboard

Kiora's Dismissal : as you probably know, enchantment/constellation decks are a pretty big thing right now, and this is the perfect card to defend against them.

Whelming Wave: A board wipe for emergencies

Dissipate + Dissolve : another annoyance to side board if for some obscene reason, i have too much card draw
